Ordinary Moments

Day five of thirty

Today was busy and I didn’t get a picture. Our first day of school was thrown a few wrenches but we survived and celebrated together. We all laughed together over ice-cream treats.

I love the sound of my children’s laughter…any kid’s laughter really.

I think sometimes we hear the joy of God’s creation echoed in the sweet laughter of children.

  1. Sometimes life would be easier if we had the ability to see life (just for a moment) from the perspective of a child. Children have the ability to simplify life and make everything seem possible. I believe that subconsciously this is one of the reasons adults smile as they watch children play. There is an innocence that touches our hearts.
