Ordinary Moments

When I started this series l had no idea our life was about to be turned upside down and inside out. My life is generally quiet and predictible. I thought this would be a wonderful challenge to seek out and cherish the quiet spaces between extraordinary events…living intentionally.

At the moment I am grateful for my children who checked on me when I felt weak and needed to lie down. They brought me pillows and water and managed to complete their math in record time.

I loved breakfast with Batman this morning.

I feel understood and loved by my husband who can better articulate my own thoughts and feelings. I get so overwhelmed by my emotions and then he comes along and gives me the words I need…my fear is vanquished.

I loved playing outside with Littlest and watching ants in his uncle’s yard.

Day sixteen of thirty.
